Fluency — what happened when you spoke?

I spoke for 60 seconds or more without repeating any words. I spoke for 60 seconds but repeated a few words here and there. I spoke for 60 seconds but repeated most of the words — the same words came up again and again. I did not speak for 60 seconds — I ran out of things to say after about 45 seconds or less. I said "uhm… uhm…" a lot while trying to think of what to say next. I started most of my sentences with "eh… eh…" before I could find the words.
